Our client, a leading organization Food Technology, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Team supporting daily operational needs across a multi-building campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $18 - $21/hr

Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Support daily maintenance operations across multiple buildings within the corporate campus.
  • Assist with setup, rearrangement, and breakdown of meeting spaces, ensuring they are fully equipped and functional for events.
  • Perform light repairs, including replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, door hinges, and hardware, along with basic carpentry and mechanical tasks.
  • Support facility support activities such as moving materials, deliveries, and general labor tasks across the campus.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous presence when interacting with internal teams and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of experience in general labor, handyman work, or light maintenance roles.
  • Ability to operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment safely.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and pass background checks and drug testing.
