Facilities Maintenance Manager

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead building, asset, and systems maintenance across our hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. In this people-first, hospitality-obsessed culture, you'll plan and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safe, guest-ready facilities every day. You'll lead a hands-on maintenance team, implement CMMS and asset-management best practices, control budgets, and coordinate capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations across assigned properties
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead, schedule, and develop a hands-on maintenance team
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and mechanical)
• Coordinate work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes and company standards
• Use CMMS/asset management tools to track work orders, assets, and inventory
• Manage maintenance budgets and support capital planning and projects
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues to minimize guest and operational impact
• Partner with operations leaders to maintain guest-ready, brand-aligned facilities
