Fogelman is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Encore Apartments in Belton, MO. The role leads a maintenance team, handles service requests, and coordinates with vendors to keep a 322-unit community well maintained.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance in multifamily, with HVAC Certification and CPO (preferred). Proficiency in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.
