Problem Solve-Quality Associate

The Problem Solver/Quality Associate will prioritize assisting the pick and pack department with totes that have problems barring them from being processed and shipped to customers and work needed to ensure location Protocols and Standards are met. The focus will be ensuring product is handledto the customer's standards, reducing errors, and promoting continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect flagged totes to locate and resolve barriers.
  • Maintain appropriate records.
  • Conduct refresher training as required.
  • Process damaged materials as directed.
  • Effectively work and communicate with others in the organization.
  • Inform problem solve Supervisor of major and/or critical defects found during triage
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Capable of basic math calculations
  • General knowledge of computers
  • Previous Problem Solving or Quality experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

ABILITIES

  • Able to lift,stand or walk constantly all shift as needed
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to read and interpret specifications and drawings
  • Ability to read English

ATTITUDE

  • Self-motivated
  • Maintains neat/organized work area and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
