• Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience

In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between customers, dispatchers, and field technicians, making sure every service call, work order, and preventive maintenance job moves smoothly from start to billing. You'll keep the department's daily operations sharp, ensure customers stay happy, and help the business stay both efficient and profitable. It's a role built for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person who keeps things on track.

• Overseeing the customer service and dispatching team
• Reviewing and updating service work orders daily, ensuring accurate status changes and timely handoff to billing
• Conducting customer satisfaction follow-up, written and verbal
• Managing field technician labor hour reports
• Coordinating field technician on-call scheduling
• Maintaining and periodically updating customer contact information
• Overseeing backflow device and fire protection system testing and preventive maintenance programs
• Overseeing plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC preventive maintenance programs
• Communicating daily with service dispatchers, field technicians, and suppliers
• Reviewing warranty invoices to confirm valid claims are properly submitted for parts, materials, and labor
• Reporting field employee performance issues to management
• Monitoring backflow and fire prevention testing operations, including completion of required jurisdictional certifications
• Tracking scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance activities
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Solid understanding of commercial plumbing and HVAC service department operations and procedures
• Working knowledge of company service management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable managing schedules, communications, and follow-up across multiple teams
• Able to take and pass background check and drug screening
