WUS Maintenance Supervisor
Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Supervisor for the US Walmart Account at WITRON, you will lead a team of regional technicians in delivering high-priority maintenance projects across multiple sites, including commissioning, refurbishment, and system improvement interventions. The role focuses on planning and execution to ensure projects are completed on time and with minimal disruption, while serving as the key liaison between project teams and onsite leadership.

Qualifications- Trade qualification as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician, obtained through a recognized apprenticeship, certification, or state licensing program
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance strategies, and asset management
- Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and escalation management skills
- Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and PLC logic (preferred)
- Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and general PC applications
- Manage the execution of unique, high-priority, or technically complex maintenance projects (e.g., major equipment overhauls, facility upgrades, emergency response)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Communicate plans and objectives for special maintenance projects to the team
- Align project execution with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Lead and coordinate a team of regional technicians
- Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, regional teams, and onsite leadership teams
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop best practices for handling special assignments
- Provide operational support to onsite teams as required
- Travel up to 100% as required to support projects and onsite teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
