**** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, public spaces, event areas, and back-of-house facilities
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces
* Set up and break down facilities for events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and other event-related materials as needed
* Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel.
** Supervisory Responsibilities
** Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
** Qualifications

** Education and/or Experience
*** High school diploma or GED preferred
* Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required
* Experience working in large public venues, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities is a plus.

* Skills and Abilities

*** Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
