Supervise and direct Environmental Services staff in day-to-day and event-based cleaning and sanitation operations;
Develop and maintain staff work schedules to support routine operations and special events;
Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met;
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure effective and safe cleaning practices;
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; coordinate orders as needed
