At Concordia Language Villages, a program of Concordia College, our work is about more than language learning. Through immersive experiences, we help people develop the language skills, cultural understanding, and perspectives they need to communicate and connect across cultures.

Our facilities team plays an important role in making those experiences possible. By creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, you'll help ensure that Villagers, participants, staff, and guests have an environment where they can learn, connect, and thrive.

As a housekeeper, you'll help prepare and maintain the facilities at Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, Minnesota. You'll clean and care for residences, bathrooms, dining halls, offices, and activity spaces; handle laundry and linens; and help keep our buildings and grounds ready for the people who use them.

This is an active, hands‑on role with a mix of independent work and teamwork. You'll have regular assigned responsibilities while also pitching in on projects and other needs across the site.
