Position Overview Legends Global is seeking a dependable and hardworking Zamboni Operator / Ice Crew team member to support ice operations at The Sanford Center. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality ice surface while assisting with event and rink operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced sports environment, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working flexible hours based on the event schedule.

• Operate the Zamboni and other ice-maintenance equipment as trained.
• Perform ice resurfacing and routine ice maintenance.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and general ice crew duties before, during, and after events.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rink and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and venue policies.
• Assist with hockey games, practices, tournaments, and other ice-related events.
• Work collaboratively with the venue operations team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
• Hockey knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Previous Zamboni, ice rink, arena, or facility operations experience is a plus, but training may be provided to the right candidate.

This is a part-time position with variable hours based on the Sanford Center's event and hockey schedule. Candidates should be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
