Readyman Heating and Cooling is a residential HVAC service company built intentionally for stability professionalism and long term quality. We focus exclusively on diagnostics repairs retrofits and planned equipment replacement. We do not pursue new construction installs or high pressure sales models.

This role is designed for an experienced senior technician who wants excellent pay clear boundaries and a calm well run environment.

This is not a partner role and not a startup carry position.

• $120,000 guaranteed annual salary

• Residential service diagnostics and repairs
• Retrofit and planned equipment replacement
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards
• Maintain high workmanship and customer experience
• Provide technical leadership in the field

• Running the business
• Marketing or sales management
• Recruiting or staffing
• Financial decisions or administration

The business is owner operated. The owner manages operations marketing pricing and admin. You retain final authority on technical safety and code compliance with clear scope and written protections.

• EPA 608 Universal certification
• Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
• Professional communication and independent work ethic

• Prior RMI experience
• LE electrical license or path to obtain
