Schedule:
Full-time;
Monday - Friday.

- Company-wide parties and events
- Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
- Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
- Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
- Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
- Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident base.
- Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required
- Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
- Weekends/listed schedule days are required
- Can operate vehicle on premise and has valid driver s license and automobile insurance coverage
- Provides or uses own tools
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 60% - 100% of time is spent on feet.
- Occasional need to type, write, & grasp (working at a computer and answering phones)
- Estimated 60% - 100% need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder
- Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs - 75lbs
