Housekeeper – Assisted Living and Memory Care

Full‑time. $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Housekeeper with experience in housekeeping and/or senior living. The role includes ensuring the cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and direct interaction with guests to maintain a well‑maintained atmosphere of dignity and respect for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in a senior living community.
• Provide positive guest‑facing interactions and assistance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to support resident care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s level education or experience in assisted living preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience, especially in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
• Reliable punctuality and professionalism in providing resident care.
