Job Overview

Multiporpoise Management, a Central Oregon branch of a growing company, is hiring housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and secure positive online reviews from guests.

• Base rate: $20 per hour.
• Summer wage increase: $22 per hour from June 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
• Summer completion bonus: $250 paid in November for working the entire summer period (6/1/26‑10/31/26).
• Additional monthly bonus: $100 to $200, attainable.

• 70% employer‑paid health insurance for employees meeting a minimum of 17 hours per week.

• Eligible for a free two‑night stay at any of our locations (three coastal sites, Bend, Sunriver).

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms using a smartphone app with step‑by‑step picture instructions.
• Work part‑time, closer to full‑time hours during summer months.
• Flexible availability; typical shifts start at 10:30 a.m. and continue until all rooms are cleaned.
• Weekend availability required.
• Follow quality‑control guidelines enforced by an inspector.
• Continue cleaning operations until the entire facility is completed before ending the shift.
