Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in North Bend, Oregon. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of the work order software system and following procedures for entering, assigning and documenting all notes, services, supplies and labor and seeing through to timely completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians.
- Participate in hiring, discipline and termination of maintenance staff.
- Perform and/or delegate regular preventative maintenance such as replacing air filters, inspecting plumbing leaks, replacing caulking in bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, painting as needed, etc.
- Travel to other locations including Coos Bay, OR and Brookings, OR as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Differentials:
- Night Shift (NOC) Differential: an additional $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided at least 2.5 hours of the shift occur within this period.
- Secure Program Differential: an additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program.
- Bilingual Differential: an additional 5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping.
- General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations and safety procedures.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire if not already possessed and maintain a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate tools and machinery (including exposure to vibration and noise) and lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional ability to sit, talk, listen and crawl as required.
- Complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.
