As our Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift), you will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our Bend site.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Lead and develop a team of industrial maintenance technicians
- Drive safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance execution
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams
- Prioritize maintenance resources based on safety and operational impact
- Ensure GMP‑compliant maintenance practices and CMMS execution
- Mentor team members and foster operational excellence
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical education preferred
- Experience leading maintenance activities within industrial manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
