Housekeeping Specialist

Multiporpoise Management is looking for a few great housekeepers. We’re the Central Oregon branch of a growing company looking for employees who want to be paid for getting good online reviews from our guests after a clean.

A lot of job advertisements spell out meaningless platitudes about teamwork and that they are searching for detail oriented self-starters. We just pay you for impressing our customers. And we put it in writing.

We’re offering the job at $22 per hour. We also have a very easily attainable bonus program that could can pay an extra $100, or even $200 per month.

Not enough? How about 70% employer-paid health insurance for all employees that meet the low minimum threshold of 17 hours per week?

Still not enough? You also get fully paid life insurance at no cost.

Never cleaned rooms before? No worries, we all use a smartphone app that walks you through the process with pictures of each room you clean. The inspector who enforces quality control does too. You don't have to be perfect. The rooms, however, need to be pretty darn close. Our guests shouldn't know what happened in that condo before they arrived. That's kind of the whole point.

The position can be full-time hours if that is what you are looking for and your performance proves you can handle it. Your availability must be flexible. Typical days would include a start time of 9:30 a.m. until all cleans are complete. Weekend availability is a must.

Finally, we are a locally owned family company with a real commitment to the whole picture. We pay our staff well, meet together in the mornings to plan out the day, general managers, desk staff, cleaning and maintenance. Our housekeeping crew does not go home until the whole place is cleaned. We pride ourselves on being a close team, 'no one gets left behind'!
