Seasonal Parks Maintenance
Maintenance Garage - Bensenville, IL 60106
OverviewSalary Range $16.00 Hourly Position Type Seasonal
DescriptionSeasonal Laborer. Reports to Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to assist with miscellaneous tasks throughout the district.
Duties And Essential Job Functions- Parks litter collection
- Removal of graffiti
- Pool vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Pulling weeds
- Ball field maintenance
- Preparation and painting of buildings and equipment
- Gathering and setting up equipment for special events
- Some weekends as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License
- Must be able to communicate and interact with the public and staff in a positive and friendly manner.
Job Status Part time Department Buildings/Grounds FSLA Status Non-Exempt
Salary $16.00 per hour
Hours 40 hours per week (5:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) Including evenings and weekends as needed.
