The City of Benton is seeking a Parks & Recreation Groundskeeper to assist in maintenance, repair, and limited construction of city parks, facilities, and structures.
This essential, safety-sensitive role requires basic qualifications, ability to operate a City vehicle, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events. The duties include mowing, cleaning, turf care, restroom readiness, tool maintenance, and supporting team efforts to keep parks safe and welcoming.
