Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures;
Perform major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; document and track purchases and warranty claims;
Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart quality and safety standards;
Lead and participate in teams; communicate and implement process improvements and open door policy
