Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, preventive and predictive maintenance, work order management, and equipment reliability. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations and improve asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management.
• Configure and support Plant Maintenance/EAM modules based on business needs.
• Manage equipment master data, functional locations, work centers, maintenance plans, task lists, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Configure and maintain work order management, notifications, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Develop functional specifications and support integration with Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and Production modules.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
