• Receive and perform field service calls, installations, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment and identify corrective actions.
• Provide active support to the engineering department in various capacities.
• Manage internal technical support calls, offering guidance and problem‑solving solutions for equipment issues.
• Assist with Quality Checks on equipment prior to shipment.
• Ability to create and sustain customer relationships.
• Assist with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Accurately report daily activities for invoicing and tracking purposes.
• Willingness to travel at least 25 – 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.

• Computer literate: MS Office;
  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Associate’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years Field Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a US passport or be willing to obtain one.
• Must demonstrate ability to read work instructions, literate in materials and inventory, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, deadline oriented, multiple task ability, strong basic math skills, strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tapes/rulers, micrometers).
