Job Summary
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Stabilized (Mid‑Rise). Unit Count: 155.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. On‑call required.
Requirements: 1–2 years of related experience.
Hourly Range: $25.96 – $30.00 (Berkeley).
ResponsibilitiesStand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas; work inside and outside in all weather conditions; push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25lbs independently and 50lbs with assistance; work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on‑call duties; occasional travel may be required.
Licenses or Certifications- EPA certifications Type1 andII or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by state and local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
- Base hourly pay subject to business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
