Perform floor care including application of floor finish, stripper, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning;
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming;
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties;
Notify managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems;
