Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including exhaust hoods, ductwork, rooftop exhaust fans, and grease traps and filters;
Remove grease buildup using specialized cleaning tools, pressure washers, and degreasers;
Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas before cleaning;
Inspect systems for deficiencies or fire hazards and report findings to supervisors or customers;
Follow safety protocols, including ladder use, confined space procedures, and chemical handling
