• Strategically manage and maximize the doctor’s schedule to maintain productivity
• Oversee patient check‑in and check‑out processes
• Conduct treatment follow‑up and ensure next steps are completed
• Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into appointments
• Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain seamless workflow
• Discuss treatment plans & payment options with clarity and confidence
• Verify dental insurance accurately and efficiently

• Minimum 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
• Experience with Patterson Eagle Soft
• Strong understanding of treatment plan presentations
• Ability to confidently handle payment discussions
• Familiarity with insurance verification
• Polish‑speaking preferred
