Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
Responsibilities:
50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connected to Loyola University Medical Campus
Hospital Call: 2 patients per day
Clinic Patients: 75 per day
Required Procedures: General Hematology/Oncology procedures
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: No APPs in practice
Days Per Month: Full-time, Monday-Friday
On-Call/Weekends:
Weekday call 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
No weekend requirements
Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology - REQUIRED
Illinois license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
COVID-vaccinated - REQUIRED
