• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience supporting PreK-5th grade students with special needs
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to developing personalized education plans and culturally responsive instruction

• Plan, adapt, and deliver individualized special education curriculum to students aged PreK through 5th grade
• Support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring and reporting student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom climate
• Use varied instructional strategies and technologies to reach all learners
• Engage in regular professional development and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices
