School Occupational Therapist - Berwyn, Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to early childhood students onsite
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, families, and other specialists to create tailored intervention plans
• Develop, implement, and document progress for IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting discussions
• Support students in building fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills essential for classroom participation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure services comply with all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
• Experience in a school-based or early childhood setting preferred
• Understanding of pediatric OT principles and IEP documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
• Any district-specific credentials or certifications as required
