• Develop and implement data analytics strategies by utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data‑driven opportunities, providing insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data governance frameworks and conducting regular audits.
• Lead initiatives to improve data management processes, enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Drive the adoption of innovative data solutions by staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience, with prior financial services industry experience essential.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Python, and Perl.
• Experience with Bert is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in data management and governance practices, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
