Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA
.

• Drive the development of key client reporting and solutions with significant impact.
• Serve as a thought leader and expert within the Managed Account Solutions Engineering management team and across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Clients, VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
• Influence product direction, often working with clients on reporting that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years of product management experience, including creating strategic reporting product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred and directly with clients on requirements, development, and implementation.
• Experience building and launching reporting products from ideation through launch and revision.
• Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
• Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
