Registered Nurse - RN - Clinical Resource Team

Premium Pay offered! Benefit Eligible Position! Must have at least 18 months of experience in a Cardiac Telemetry Unit to be considered for this role. Must fulfill staffing guideline requirements as well as Holiday shift requirements. Required to work every 3rd weekend. Loyola Medicine's 3 hospitals are located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago.

This is the level II Registered Nurse role and functions to protect, promote and optimize health and abilities of those in their care. Responsibilities include preventing illness and injury, facilitating healing, and alleviating suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, groups, communities and populations. Nursing practices evolve over time as one gains experience and knowledge through clinical practice and ongoing learning.

This section describes the level II RN scope including clinical and professional practice standards, and ongoing learning to support patient care across individuals, families, groups, communities and populations.

• A degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
