Job Overview
Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) at Mac Neal Hospital provides comprehensive, patient‑centered care to adults with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. The RN assesses patient needs, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and optimize health outcomes.
Employment Details- Employment Type:
Full time - Shift: 12‑hour Day Shift
- Unit: 24‑bed Med‑Surg specialty unit (cardiac, urology, pulmonary, GI, renal, infectious diseases)
Assess patient needs, create individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain high standards of safety, compassion, and quality in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Valid BLS certification (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
- Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and commitment to safe, compassionate care.

BSN: $36.05 – $59.92 per hour
