You will support a Taco Bell franchise by managing great work shifts and handling administrative duties to ensure standards are met. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to keep operations aligned with Taco Bell standards.
You will also assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed while delivering friendly, safe food.
