The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.

• Drive customer service
• Package tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
• Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machine

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic kitchen skills; tortilleria department experience a plus
• Valid Food Handlers Card
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• WALKING:
  Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise
• STANDING:
  Continuously, throughout shift
• LIFTING:
  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay scale $15.00-$20.10. The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
