Roleand Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Team
Collaboration:
Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Sales
Experience:
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service. - Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
