Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Adobe Experience Manager solutions that align with business goals and digital marketing strategies.
- Define technical standards, reference architectures, and best practices for AEM, Java services, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, cloud‑native implementations.
- Guide the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, micro‑service patterns, and automated testing to ensure high‑quality releases.
- Mentor engineering teams, conduct design reviews, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale AEM implementations, including migration and upgrade projects.
- Strong proficiency in Java, RESTful services, and front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
