Compensation
Pay Range: $15.00–$21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Responsibilities- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers.
- Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route and deliver to the appropriate store.
- Maintain daily city route manifest and manage fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys securely.
- Ensure accident report guidelines are followed and log vehicle information (fluid levels, mileage, etc.) before and after each run.
- Coordinate with designated team members at each store to verify invoices and sign the route manifest.
- Report any delays, problems, or special needs to the city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores on route.
- Present a professional and personable image, maintaining good customer relations.
- Clock in/out according to company policy and drive safely and defensively.
- Legal mandatory state driver's license and meeting mandatory driving eligibility requirements.
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the 14-18 point record system.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish is highly desired.
