Lead and oversee a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.;
Coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks, monitor progress, and adjust priorities as needed to support operational requirements.;
Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on conveyors and other industrial equipment within the distribution center.;
Conduct mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting to diagnose issues and implement effective repairs.;
Carry out preventive maintenance activities on conveyors and other equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
