Read and interpret structural steel blueprints to determine layout, dimensions, and welding requirements;
Lay out, cut, fit, and weld structural steel components to within 1/16-inch tolerance;
Pass a 3G 1-inch plate test per AWS D1.1 using FCAW;
Operate or assist with overhead cranes and forklifts with required certifications;
Verify alignment and dimensions using lasers, levels, and precision measuring tools
