Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities of the team to ensure timely completion of repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects;
Assign work orders, establish daily priorities, and delegate tasks based on technician skill levels;
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and automated material handling equipment;
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime;
Coordinate with operations and production leaders to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business operations
