What You'll Do- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to lift, carry, and complete physical job duties
