Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, upkeep, preventive maintenance and improvements of City-owned physical structures, boardwalks, and public parks property under the supervision of the Property Maintenance Foreman.
- Execute basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and cooling system inspection and repair.
- Conduct basic cleaning tasks and routine errands delivering mail, packages and supplies.
- Perform snow removal duties as required by season.
This is a seasonal position with work available between May 1 and October 31.
