Alaska General Seafoods is seeking Dock Crew members for their remote Alaska operations. These individuals will play a vital role in transferring salmon from fishing vessels to shore, maintaining docks, and supporting the fleet. The ideal candidates are hardworking, adaptable, and able to thrive in challenging outdoor conditions with long hours and limited connectivity.

• $17.91/hr starting wage
• Paid airfare from nearest international airport
• Room and board provided on-site

• Work in a unique, remote Alaskan environment

• Available to work the full season (May – end of July)
• Ability to work 11-18 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Ability to travel by airplane to remote location
• Current driver’s license or CDL
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a multicultural team

• Construction experience
• Knowledge of pumps and motors
• Rigging and signaling experience
• Equipment operation (forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, cranes, etc.)
