Perform general maintenance and repairs of facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing);
Maintain a strict preventive maintenance schedule and monitor building automation systems;
Communicate service needs to Site Lead and coordinate with client sub-contractors on site;
Repair walls, floors, doors, painting and touch-up work for facility beautification;
Conduct daily rounds and inspections; assist other skilled employees as needed
