EMCOR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bethesda, MD campus on a 3rd shift schedule (10:00pm–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday). The role reports to the Site Lead and focuses on reliable, quality maintenance of building systems to keep essential operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical tasks, building automation monitoring, and coordinating with subcontractors as needed.
