The Role
We’re hiring Cleaners & Housekeepers to join our growing team. You’ll provide professional residential, commercial, and estate cleaning services to our valued clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring cleaning services
• Work independently and follow detailed cleaning protocols
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients
• Use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products
• Handle various home sizes (studios to 5+ bedroom estates)
• Manage time efficiently to meet scheduling requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to perform cleaning work (standing, bending, lifting)
• Flexibility with scheduling (Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-10 PM)
• Valid driver’s license & must own a reliable vehicle (required)
• Proven culinary and meal preparation skills (required)
• Ability to pass background check (required)
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset

Staff Transportation Policy & Expectations:
To support multi-shift scheduling and transit across Maryland, Virginia, and D.C., staff must maintain a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Punctuality is strictly enforced; team members are responsible for planning travel times between back-to-back jobs to ensure on-time arrival.
