We are seeking a dependable, detail oriented, and service minded Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering excellence and maintaining high standards across the facility.
**** Position Summary
**** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property. This role executes daily maintenance operations including interior and exterior upkeep, timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance programs, and inventory control.
** This position requires Tuesday - Saturday availability, with evenings and weekends required based on operational needs. On call availability is required as scheduled.
**** Responsibilities
* *** Duties include, but are not limited to:*
* • Diagnose and perform routine and minor maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner*
* • Complete service requests daily and accurately document all work performed, including parts used*
* • Follow up on incomplete work orders to ensure timely resolution*
* • Maintain positive and professional relationships with members, guests, vendors, contractors, and team members*
* • Inspect facility spaces daily using checklists and communicate repair needs to management*
* • Ensure all spaces are maintained to company standards and prepared for daily operations*
* • Perform daily building and common area upkeep*
* • Execute assigned preventative maintenance programs and maintain accurate records*
* • Order parts and supplies while maintaining organized and cost effective inventory*
* • Maintain engineering and maintenance areas to company standards*
* • Support facility events and special projects as assigned
**** Janitorial and maintenance functions include:***
* • Minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems*
* • Monitoring building security and safety, including locking procedures and hazard prevention*
* • Moving furniture and equipment as needed*
* • Minor landscaping and exterior upkeep*
* • Snow removal and application of snow melting materials during winter months*
* • Responding to emergency maintenance needs as required
** All work must be performed in compliance with company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable health codes.
**** Organizational Relationships
**** Reports directly to General Manager. Works closely with the On Site Manager, maintenance team members, contractors, vendors, and department leaders to support operational excellence.
**** Qualifications***
* • General maintenance experience required*
* • Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems*
* • Strong understanding of safety procedures and safe work practices*
* • Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines*
* • Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
* • Ability to flex schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends*
* • Professional communication skills
