Administer and maintain the CMMS system, including asset management, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, reporting, and user support;
Monitor maintenance performance metrics, audit data accuracy, and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs across multiple facilities;
Partner with maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams to support equipment reliability, asset onboarding, project implementation, and maintenance documentation;
Create reports, dashboards, and project trackers to monitor equipment performance, downtime, maintenance completion rates, and operational effectiveness;
Train and support maintenance personnel on CMMS processes, best practices, and standardized procedures
