Performs general maintenance to augment the full‑time workforce.

• General maintenance of grounds and facilities, including grass cutting, janitorial work, litter removal, and construction projects.
• Operates hand and small power tools.
• Operates various maintenance equipment (large mowing machines, weed whackers, etc.) over rough roads and uneven terrain.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles and buildings.
• Operates large mowing machines and various trucks.
• Provides leadership or direction to the maintenance force in the absence of a Leadman.
• Completes small jobs in related qualified trades area.
• Directs and assists in repairs, alterations, additions, and related work as required.
• May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well‑established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time by training on the job.

• High school education or higher education required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods in various adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to complete written reports.
